This project was very exiting as I knew we could really improve the look of this property.

The process was a little different as it was new extensions being built on to the existing houseand the client wanted it to look sharp & clean.

Process on existing house.Fungal wash was applied all over the existing render, then we hammer tested all over to make sure there was no loose or blown render, any suspect render was knocked off and then replaced with Weber OCR.

We then needed to grind the existing render off from ground level to 300mm above to create our own waterproof plinth, as before there no plinth and the ground water was being drawn and creating damp inside the property.

Weber rend aid was then applied to the existing house and left to cure for 48hrs before applying a through colour render top coat of Weber Pral M in a chalk colour, to the whole of the property.
