This was a painted property so we went with a Parex product as Parex is the only manufacturer to manufacture a product that goes on top of paint. We had to do a pull test panel before we even thought about rendering this property and it was a success. We also added verge trims to this property as there was no overhang on the apex of the Gables so this would enable the rain to flow away from the render properly.
