Before any of these works took place we had to do a Parex Parinter pull test, which was a success. We fungal washed entire property removed all loose render and paint, replaced rotten wood lintels with concrete lintels, chased lead in where necessary. Then applied a coat of Parex Parinter followed by an application of Parek Maite Moncomposant followed by primer and DPR 1.5mm coarse coat.
